The Insurance Brokers Associations in western Canada have launched the Hockey Equipment Safety Manual in conjunction with its sponsorship of the Western Hockey League
The program consists of a series of videos that demonstrate the proper fit of hockey gear. A manual in a downloadable PDF format accompanies the videos.
The materials are freely available herein for anyone to use. They are easy to follow for anyone interested in learning more on their own, or they can be used by a coach or manager as training aids for an equipment clinic for a group.
